We are hiring Operator Helpers for both day shift and 2nd shift. This is a semi light-duty position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Operator role. The job involves standing for up to three hours at a time, reading work orders to ensure products meet specifications, and packing finished products neatly into boxes. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive movements, standing for extended periods, and remaining at a designated workstation for most of the shift. The work environment has a strong chemical smell, so applicants with asthma should not apply. This is a Monday through Friday position starting at $14 per hour. A background check and drug screen are required.

The Maintenance Assistant supports the Maintenance Superintendent in performing general preventative maintenance and repair duties throughout the building and grounds of the agency.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with carpentry work, including repairing furniture, cabinets, partitions, doors, locks, and building hardware. Help estimate material needs and prepare purchase order requests under the direction of the Maintenance Superintendent. Assist in installing and repairing playground equipment. Perform basic painting and touch-ups. Carry out grounds maintenance such as mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and spreading woodchips/borders. Must have a valid Driver License.
